Ana is asked to interview Christian Grey, a 27yr old success. Upon meeting Grey, Ana is intrigued by his demeanor and accepts his coffee invite.

Later Ana gets wasted, and drunk dials Grey who agrees to pick her up because she is drunk. Ana reveals to grey she is a virgin, and so naturally, they bang.

The following morning Grey produces a non-disclosure and BD/SM contract basically saying she can’t tell anyone about their relationship, and states that it is purely physical, nothing emotional, and includes a part about her not even being able to look at him during the deed. After a bit of thinking she asks for a demonstration on what BD/SM would entail, only to find that her and Grey are not compatible with each other.

 

And that’s the first book. So you can see why I prefer my science fiction, it’s not exactly action packed, or even drama packed in my opinion. The DVD on the other hand is something I am very interested in watching. I think this Christmas I might give my girlfriend 50 Shades of Grey DVD and a BD/SM contract.
